    Excellent

It was very neat and clean and very very close to the event we want to visit. We really are looking to stay with you again. Loved our stay.

Everything was spot on and perfect. Mattress was too soft but the owner told they will be changing those soon. L

Disappointing. We think the owner should address the issues raised but, as a should also make sure visitors are aware of

The location was ideal for visiting my elderly aunt and the village itself is very pretty. The owner did respond quickly and resolve problems where he could ( he delivered wine glasses) and kindly bought fans for us as the weather was so hot.

The property is right on the pavement of a very narrow road which is clearly a rat run between two major roads….. hence the traffic starts at 5am. It was very hot when we were staying which necessitated the single glazed sash windows being as open as far as we could get them to stay. The constant traffic noise was dreadful and woke us all up at the crack of dawn. We thought all the beds were very soft…..especially the one in the first bedroom. The owner commented that this was “personal preference” but it is not ideal if you are elderly (my father) or have a bad back. We could not make the showers maintain a constant warm temperature. The owner explained how to use the showers ….but they are ordinary taps so we did not understand why the water ran warm …then cold …..repeatedly. The shower in the main bathroom does not have a fixing to hang the shower head so it is difficult to have a shower. The accommodation allows for 6 guests but there was insufficient crockery and glassware for 6 guests. There was one wine glass, one breakfast bowl and 4 side plates….we didn’t cook but required these items. The owner did bring us 4 more (mismatched) wine glasses when we asked for some . There is no where to hang any clothes apart from pegs in the bedrooms.
