    A real find

    Heavenly location, lovely sunny private garden, a perfect eyrie with views of horses in a neighbouring field. Responsive owner. Lovely attention to detail.

    I liked everything, although you can’t park right outside except for loading/unloading, you just find a place slightly down the lane.

    What a lovely remote little place ! Host( Michael?) was particularly thoughtful and welcoming

    The host, the individuality, the remote, but close, proximity to Shaftesbury !

    Nothing about the property , but needed to be aware of the low ceilings cos I banged my head 😬

    Beautiful and comfortable accommodation in Dorset.

    Very comfortable accommodation , beautiful setting in the countryside with view on two horses in the fields. The outhouse looked lovely. It is well equipped with a good bed and shower. The owner is reactive and thoughtful . He was away but had left fresh milk form the farm and plenty of tea.

    Everything was great. The place is a bit hard to find on Google maps at first.

    The Roost is a great place, clean and comfortable accommodation, Michael our host has provided everything you need for a relaxing stay in a spectacular location

    You may struggle to find the Roost if your'e not familiar with the area, but this Sat Nav issue only adds to the adventure.
