    Neatness.

    Changing of booking amount. When I booked, it was R1.230, but when I paid, it was R1.6.. I asked the guy who was responsible for finance, he told me something which is new to me. Their rules from their bosses. I'm still lost about my money.

    I will definitely book a stay at The Rose again.

    The staff at The Rose were all very friendly and proactive. Anything that I needed was tended to immediately. Perch Short Stays communicate via WhatsApp, so they might take longer to respond. They were also very polite and willing to assist.
