    Average. Nice view. Lights and aircon did not work. Poor reception protocols

    Nice view. Neat room

    The overhead lights did not work. the airconditioning did not work. But mostly, I did not like that as I arrived there, the reception desks first words were: "If you violate our rules, you get a warning. If you violate our rules the second time, we give you a R3000 fine. And if you violate the rules a third time, we evict you!" Whoever heard of such a welcome? I will not be back. Do better the Rose. And it was not security's fault. They were given a sheet to read from

    Very quick ' the reception told us all our details of the door codes the facilities etc. Was beautiful.

    The parking access is too expensive' I used cape quarter cuase I don't pay parking there so it was okay. Just was. 5 minute walk from our stay
