    Comfortable and relaxing stay

    Friendliness and professional service from staff. Their food is great. Dinner and breakfast are incredible tasty and many choices. Safe car park.

    It's really close to the Barbican. The staff were lovely and really hard working. The food was amazing! Had a lunchtime meal and breakfast, it was gorgeous. The lighting in our room was great: main light plus various lamps. There were bedside cabinets with plug sockets behind them. The pillows were comfortable. There was a kettle with good supplies of tea, coffee etc.

    The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the bed creaked. The traffic was quite noisy (the room was on the front). The bathroom wasn't very big, the shower was over the bath. There was a step just outside our room in the corridor, it wasn't very noticeable due to the carpet. There needs to be a sign on the side wall, next to the room and the sign when going up to the room needs to be bigger.

    It is an old pub so you can’t expect perfection but for the cost and as the bed was comfy and the breakfast was really g

    The staff were lovely and very attentive and the proximity to the Barbican, where we were going to a concert, was perfect

    There was a little noise from the road but I took ear plugs so it wasn’t a problem
