The cottage was just as advertised. Jim was very welcoming and let us check in early. The Rose was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed to accommodate my wife and I as well as my daughter and her 2 year old.

The Rose on the Lake was perfect for us.

    Lovely property and location.

Needs a little refreshing but nothing major.

Made me the hero of our vacation by booking The Rose

Porch/patio almost doubles the useable space when combined with the house interior. Interior has a lot of charm, room to stretch out, and modern touches to a classic home. For the price of the listing, this over delivered on expectations. Host/Owner has taken great care of the property, and even has a guide in the house to help make your stay as convenient as possible. Never wondered “what does this switch do?”
