There are only 4 rooms available for dogs, Slate Room 1, 2 and 3 and the Family Apartment, and the sea view room on the ground floor. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, dining areas and swimming pool area, but they are allowed in the formal lounge or outside in the garden. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Beautiful views with private access to the beach

    Upon arrival the staff were friendly and approachable. The location is stunning and the views are amazing, we had a sea view room with a balcony which also included a kitchen, living area, beautiful big bed, bathroom, toilet and wardrobe. The kitchen had all the utilities you need from crockery to a fridge, dishwasher, microwave. The tea and coffee facilites in the room was if high standard with biscuits and a fresh pint of milk in the fridge aswell as 2 bottles of sparkling water. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and great value for money. There is also a swimming pool on site although we did not use this facility. Plenty of clean towels and body wash, hand soap etc provided aswell and robes and slippers in room.

    Some slight decor touch up needs doing in the room but this did not affect our stay.

    Perfect to explore the area

    Location is wonderful, we had a great two night stay as its perfect to explore the Roseland area. We booked a studio which is perfect to self cater.

    The Rosevine is a fabulous property but sadly now looking tired and need of an update a paint and some renovation. There was no hot water the first night but was promptly fixed by the time we returned the next day.
