    It was a miserable, frustrating and uncomfortable stay and experience.

    Nothing

    The beds were old, uncomfortable, lumpy with sheets that were stained with blood or other stains. We had a couple blankets with us and had to sleep on top of the comforter due to the sheets not being clean/stained. The whole flat was not clean and there were small dead bugs in the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck and there was old water in the sink. We had to wash hands and brush teeth in the kitchen. Kitchen cleaner and sponges were dirty. Got up early in the morning to leave for airport and saw live cockroaches all sizes crawling on the floor and counter in the kitchen, bedroom floor and bathroom shower. We booked this flat because all flights had been cancelled and no hotels or better accommodations at the time. After waking up to cockroaches, we would have been better off sleeping in the airport verses renting this flat for 10 hours.

    A nice, comfortable, short stay

    Very comfortable, our host was so accommodating & friendly, it was out of the way so peaceful, it was perfect for what I and my two colleagues needed for a short stay in London.

    Nothing. It was spot on. Zero complaints.

    The car park it should be free no need to pay Becouse it’s already there are space no I pay 150 pounds for Security deposit for damage
