    Pleasant

    The staff in the restaurant...two young women were fabulous and a credit to your hotel.

    I understand that it is being upgraded but felt the dog friendly room was a little basic with regards the bathroom .

    Good choice of cereal, fruit, nuts, seeds etc.

    Thank you to the team at the Royal my two night stay was very comfortable.

    The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful.

    Car park was useful but crossing from the car park to the hotel was fraught with danger. It was very sad that the hotel was not fuller.
