Good value for money, though rooms quiet dated
The location was excellent, room facilities good , Staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was very good
we were up on the third floor and the rooms was a little old and tired, windows old and difficult to open.

Highly recommended and will stay here again
Excellent town centre location. Kat and the team, including housekeeping and the chef, went above and beyond. Friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and warm. Continental style breakfast but plenty to choose from. Evening meal was really good. Best burger and haddock and chips we’ve had in a long time. Great selection of ales too. Highly recommended.
No on-site parking. Understandable as it’s town centre and the cathedral car park is a stroll away and very reasonable. No lift. Again understandable as it’s a listed building, but we’re fit enough to use the stairs anyway.
