    Overall, the stay was fine, but I had an issue with the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. The price was quoted as 1000 INR including a stop, but after two very short stops (around 5 minutes each), I was asked to pay an extra 200 INR. This was not explained in advance, and nothing was mentioned during the ride. Later, I was simply told to pay based on the driver’s request. I feel this was a lack of communication between the hotel and the driver, and it should not have been passed on to the guest. Clearer communication and better handling of such situations would be appreciated.
