    Das Personal bemüht sich, Einrichtung und Zimmer sind adrett, das japanische Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich.

    1. Das Hotelmanagement hat eine Stornierungsbitte wegen akuter Gesundheitsprobleme ohne Begründung abgelehnt. No mercy, no courtesy. Das kann man dem kurzfristigen Profit zuliebe machen, verliert aber die Achtung des Kunden - und den Kunden selbst, der kein zweites Mal wiederkommt. 2. Die durchaus hochpreisigen Standardzimmer haben als Ausblick einen nackten Schacht. Es passt, dass einem das Hotelpersonal bei der Ankunft - gegen entsprechenden Aufschlag - ein Zimmer mit zumutbarem Blick anbietet.
