    More show than substance - definitely not a five-star experience.

    The WiFi worked well, the TV was good, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. The room was available on arrival, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is particularly impressive and looks like a small museum. The location of the hotel is also very good.

    The furniture and overall interior are quite old, worn out, and in need of renovation. The breakfast was an absolute disaster, especially for European guests. The selection and quality were extremely disappointing and far below what one would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, I would rate it as a three-star, max. four-star property at best. The breakfast in particular was absolutely terrible and unacceptable for a hotel claiming five stars.

    Okej för priset, men förbättringar behövs

    Placeringen var bra, personalen var otrolig även med en viss språkförbistring. Överlag ett helt okej hotell men mycket utrymme för förbättringar.

    Hotellrummen är gamla och ganska smutsiga. Vi bodde i tre rum totalt över två vistelser. Alla tre rummen var relativt smutsiga, gamla och slitna, och ett av rummen hade dessutom stora problem med myror vilket gjorde att vi behövde byta. Många av sängkläderna var smutsiga, och en överhängande del utav de hade blodfläckar. En gång behövde vi också ringa receptionen för att få nya.

    Slecht, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

    Het personeel van het huiskeeping was aardig

    Bijna alles, de kamers waren niet schoon. Lakens vol met vlekken de interieur was te veel spiegels en enge poppen en het was voornamelijk donker. Het hele hotel was te donker heeft een onaangename sfeer. En de badkamer was niet hygiënisch en de kamers roken niet fris.
