    There is no swimming pool facilities where If it’s five star hotel. There must be swimming pool. As well as chargers are high rate per day stay but no breakfast included.

    stayed at The Royce an estimated 8-10 separate occasions, this was our first Bad Experience

    The Front of House personal were quite "aggressive" when we re-entered the premise after my wife and I went to watch the community event Melbourne Marathon on Sunday morning at approximately 7.00 am, holding us at the main door and demanding to view our Room Key. also, our room was not serviced by Housekeeping, I had to request clean towels at approximately 3 pm in the afternoon.

    Brilliant location, one of the best hotels in Melbourne and fantastic value for what you get!

    Very chill place to stay with that “just renovated” 5 star feel (unlike many that are not 5 star anymore!) it’s a great experience. Beds a bit hard for our personal taste but large and comfortable. Very well priced

    Foods a tad underwhelming. Porridge sucks (then again it’s porridge right lol) the fish was great. Burgers ok too. Smaller servings and not really bang for buck especially with a load of great restaurants about. Uber saves the day for long stays
