Glorious views
Lovely place to stay Just 6 km from Penneshaw. Beautiful views over the bay. The room we stayed in, had a lounge room. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV, beautiful bathroom. It also had a lovely outdoor area but unfortunately it was too windy to sit out there whilst we were there.
There are not many places to eat near Penneshaw. We were limited to the local pub and the local pizza shop. Difficult to find when we first arrived.

Amazing views and comfortable villa.
Beautiful property in the couples retreat with all you need for an enjoyable private stay. Amazing coastal views as the property is nestled in a very private location but still a short drive to Shops/petrol/ferry services. The beauty of seeing wild kangaroos just outside and feeding on the grass was lovely to enjoy, as was the stunning sunset. Hosts were great with communication and check-in and out.

Fabulous veiws and great location 7 mins from the ferry.Both Sylvia and Ian were fantastic hosts taking time to help us with our plans.

Unser Aufenthalt auf Kangaroo Island wurde durch die tolle Unterkunft und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter z
Die ruhige Lage, die Aussicht auf das Meer (tolle Sonnenuntergänge) und grasende Kängurus. Die hervorragende Ausstattung. Das gute Frühstück mit frischem Brot (Nespresso-Maschine mit Milchschäumer). Die tollen Gastgeber Sylvia&Ian, die extra für uns Tagesrouten ausgearbeitet haben und uns viele tolle Tipps gaben. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir empfehlen The Rusty Kangaroo uneingeschränkt weiter.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The hosts were thoughtful and attentive.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were thoughtful and attentive, gave us great recommendations for things to do and restaurants, and made sure the cottage had everything we needed. The unit was immaculate, and we also really enjoyed our conversations with them.
