Great customer service and value for money
The customer service is exceptional. All staff are very attentive and genuinely want to help. The pool is beautiful and although it seems like there aren't many sunbeds, we were always able to get one. They have a free shuttle into the old town and to An Bang beach. There are also free bicycles to borrow, although we didn't do this. There are a few restaurants, shops and massage places just outside the hotel.

Fabulous breakfast selection and very attentive staff
The only negative it is a bit out of town . Taxis sometimes had to be booked at night when it's busy.

Our room and amenities were clean and beautiful, and the every worker we encountered were very polite and lovely to talk
The Saga Hotel was a fantastic stay in Hoi An. Firstly, we arrived around 9:30am and they got our room ready and available for us to check in at 10:30am. In the meantime, we were served tea, a clean face towel, and restaurant and tailor recommendations. We were also able to hand in clothes to be washed before check-in (which we got in the afternoon!!). All the workers were friendly and knowledgeable, the included buffet breakfast had great variety and delicious, and the pool was clean. Our room was also clean, the beds were comfortable and we had someone come clean it every day, restocking complementary water and fridge items. Lastly, visiting the spa is a must do! I went to the spa and got a 90-minute treatment and the 2 women who served me were an absolute delight as well.
