  Exceptional

  Everything was fantastic, the apartment, location, cleanliness, all the facilities, it is fully equipped with absolutely everything, you don't need to worry about anything. There is a supermarket in the building, and another one around the corner and it's very conveniently located within a short walking distance both to Maria Pia beach and the old town, and a couple of minutes walk from the local beach. The staff communicated instantlya d provided excellent assistance. Very beautiful, nicely decorated, comfortable, one of the best accommodations I've stayed at, highly recommend.

  Beautiful & relaxing stay which ended too early

  Communication with the owner was “easy” (immediate and reliable) Balcony (for morning sun) Comfortable bed / mattress Air cons available (one in combined kitchen/living- and one in the bed room) Kitchen is fully equipped (including different coffee making options) Close to the beach (2 blocks or approx. 150 meters) including restaurants and bars 2 supermarkets within the appartment block Bus stop (directions: to airport & city center) in walking distance (250 meters) Only a 25 min. stroll (alongside the beach) to city center

  WiFi device broke while my stay …… BUT owner reacted quickly and organized a well working replacement

  Apartmán má skvelú polohu, blízko pláže, reštaurácií, pod budovou sú potraviny, aj keď odporúčam tie z druhej strany budovy Nonna ISA, ktoré sú výborne zásobené. Na ulici je priemerná premávka. Neďaleko je hlavná ulica odkiaľ idú autobusy na iné pláže aj letisko. Kuchyňa je vybavená na občasné varenie, sú tam hrnce aj panvice, bola tam soľ, cukor a trocha kávy, k dispozícii je aj žehlička, varná doska, sušič na vlasy, osušky a uteráky. Balkón je priestranný so stolom, stoličkami a sušiakom na prádlo. Matrac na posteli je veľmi pohodlná. V chladničke boli dve malé minerálne vody, pozornosť majiteľa, za čo mu dodatočne ďakujeme. S majiteľom sme sa nestretli, vymieňali sme si správy, ale bol veľmi ústretový, prileteli sme neskoro večer a poslal nám presný návod ako sa dostať do apartmánu.

  Ranné zásobovanie potravín dole každé ráno okrem nedele by mohlo byť pre niekoho hlučné. V kuchyni chýba varná kanvica a poháre na víno. Taktiež tam nie sú žiadne koreniny. Na oknách a balkónových dverách chýbajú sieťky proti komárom.

  L'appartamento è dotato di tutti servizi necessari e si trova in posizione ottimale. L'arredamento è davvero originale Vicinanza ai principali servizi (supermercati, ristoranti ecc..) Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento Cortesia e disponibilità dello staff

  Suggerirei di sostituire la TV con un modello Smart (ad oggi è possibile acquistarne una a prezzi davvero contenuti)
