Credit Card & Authorization: Non-refundable rate plans requiring credit card prepayment are charged shortly after the booking is confirmed. For security purposes, the credit card used at the time of booking must match the name of the registered guest and be presented upon check-in. If the cardholder is not among the checking-in guests, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be required before the booking is confirmed. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of IDR 500,000 per room per night is held from the guest's credit card upon check-in, capped at IDR 2,000,000 per room for the duration of the stay. This deposit covers incidental charges billed to the room during the stay. Upon check-out, incidental charges may be settled by any accepted payment method, after which the security deposit is instructed to be released. Actual release times vary depending solely on the guest's credit card issuer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
