    won’t be back to the place again as it advertised 4 bedroom when it was only 3 room

    The accomodation was very relaxing being among the rainforest it was very disappointing we couldn’t use the 4 room as it stank of mould and had a unbearable odour ..

    It is very disappointing we couldn’t use the 4 room as it stank of mould and had an unbearable odour made management aware and they just spray deodorant into the system which made the smell worst ..

    We loved it. We would happily book again.

    The size and layout were fantastic for families. The fully stocked house and kitchen made the holiday easy and affordable. We loved the walk to the beach.

    Lots of insects and the screens were broken. Also, the house smells damp.

    Excellent views in the national park. A lot of space. Excellent property Managers to deal with.

    Excellent communication with Property Managers. Very timely and friendly response.

    The stairs and steep driveway. Perhaps highlight this a little more in the ad. We coped but glad we were fit enough to cope.

    Really relaxed feel to the house and just what we needed.

    The Sanctuary was a lovely property nestled in the trees and the perfect space for a group of people.

    If you are not fit the stairs up from Hastings street could be challenging but its got to be good for you 😁
