    The property was lovely and clean, good location in Mornington Peninsula. Owner of property very responsive and helpful.

    I had booked the property for myself and my parents, specifically as it is advertised twice on the booking.com advert as having 2 bedrooms. However, this is not the case and both beds are in one bedroom not like shown in the photos - double bed with a single bed right beside it. A third party company is used which sends multiple messages, and a message informing that this is only one bedroom was lost within this. Despite telling the third party company that the property is falsely advertised on booking.com, this has not been changed or updated. Would not advise to stay if more than 2 people.

    Absolutely perfect

    Lovely place to stay. Clean, very comfortable beds, and a fantastic location. The room was fully equipped with games, DVD'S and the kids loved the beautiful garden.
