Fine
Friendly professional staff and yes an excellent breakfast.
Room would have been a bit small for two people but there is not mùch you could do about that. Adequate though.

The staff were exceptionally helpful friendly and efficient. The food was appetising and very tasty
Didn't have a lunch or dinner menu which is a shame as the food was definitely delicious and filling

Welcoming accommodation close to the beach and just a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town
It was great to be able to walk into and back from the heart of Swanage a couple of times a day. The Sandhaven is situated very close to the beach. Martine and John are super hosts. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly each morning. The place is bright and clean throughout. It is nice to have a guest lounge, although we did not make much use of it.
We would definitely stay again but we would opt for a larger room. We found The Sandhaven’s system of ordering breakfast the day before a bit of a faff, but totally understand the time saving this brings about for the hosts and other guests who might be in a rush.
