Friendly, charming Hotel in a perfect location.

This hotel is our favourite in Southwell. Location is perfect, plenty of parking. Lovely breakfast and very courteous staff who made you feel very welcome.

Very dissapointing stay. She previous question

Breakfaspt was good with good stsff

We were completed fooled and extremely annoyed with details of dinner menu. The reason for staying with you was the excellent menu on the website and the fact there was a 2 star chef. At the hotel we were presented with a single page menu on a piece of wood!!! The menu was no better than my local pub and remained the same throughout our stay. Who wants mushroom soup for 4 consecutive meals. I consider the misleading Internet menu to be a deliberate action to attract customers. I intend to seek advise from trade bodies and probabably legal contact. I will defer taking any action for 10 days to allow you to respond.
