    Dissapointing room and the staff member that let us down . 1000 for 2 nights in a room i wpuld expec

    Breakfast was decent , cocktails were excellent , 99% of staff were great

    Our room , what a dissapointment . I had requested turndown service and prosecco on arrivel . Didnt get it . Asked the indian concierge on saturday and he said it wpuld be done on our return to hotel. It wasnt On friday night it was raining inside the room it was like having a shower on there was so much water coming in arpund the window. The wind was howling around the room all night it was like being putside we were freezing. The aircon didnt come on it doesnt work. Fake tan all over the beams by the window, hairs in bath and sink .
