    Not the best

    Staff were lovely, the breakfast was nice and the hotel outside of our room was really nice.

    The room's air conditioning would not work and the bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in. We had dirty towels and the room didn't look like it was cleaned properly. We were really upset that we actually had a booking until Tuesday, when we reconfirmed with Booking.com to state we were updating the booking to check-out on the Monday, months prior - wondering if this had anything to do with the data breach? Either way, we will be going to ACCC to see about compensation for this mix up. Was annoyed that when I brought it up about the booking, was told to simply take it up with Booking.com and would not reach out on our behalf - not ideal, considering we spent a lot of money on the stay.
