    location is superb, there is a mini grocery mart at the ground floor of the building, i love how complete the facilities were. you can cook and wash your clothes if you need to. the view from outside the balcony is stunning esp on a clear night. you get to see the city lights and the sunset too. it feels safe as security from entrance is present. smooth check in and coordination from staff. will definitely book again if we're going back to manila. it can comfortable sleep 5 adults. there is a private double bed room and an extra bunk bed in the living room that can sleep 3 adults comfortably.

    since train track is just infront of the building, you will minimally hear it when it passes by and will feel the tremble somehow. but my mom didnt feel it.. just something to consider for those who prefer a strict quiet environment but if you're like us that doesn't mind it, its really of great value.
