    All in all, I would recommend due to the location. And the hosts were great communicators.

    The location was exceptional. Loved the parking.

    The stairs were challenging. Too hot upstairs. Would have slept downstairs on the sleeper sofa but it was in terrible condition.

    I loved the location and the seated area in the lawn overlooking the water. I also loved that kayaks and bikes were available even though we didn't get to use them. The cottage was sooo cute with absolutely everything we needed. Gerard was so attentive as well. Great time all the way around!

    Pleasant historic well stocked property with water views just off of the main street. Dog friendly. Parking. Loved walking into town for food, shopping and entertainment. Should we be in Mystic again we will be staying here.

    Location perfect

    No first floor bathroom… Difficult to maneuver upstairs…ceilings slanted and low in areas
