Very well appointed with everything you need for your stay including basic condiments and plenty of coffee pods for the coffee machine which is usually not the case. Plenty of room with multiple seating areas for quiet time if you need it. A stone's throw from a calm family friendly beach which was also good for fishing.
The BBQ was not very clean so we didn't use it. Although there was parking for two cars in the garage it was a little tight for two Utes as the garage faced sideways onto a narrow drive making it difficult to front or reverse in. The property also fronted the Central Coast Highway which was a little busy at times. These are only minor inconveniences and something to be aware of otherwise the property was fantastic.

Lovely house with direct beach access.
Table could seat 8 but there were only 3 chairs which haf backs. The remaining seats were benches.

Beautiful and spacious home
Such a beautiful property, great for larger groups or families. There was plenty of space and common areas. The house has a few areas where you could still do your own thing and have some quiet time to read or watch a movie. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the beach but it was literally meters away and would’ve definitely made the most of it in sunny weather. Our hosts Louise and Jo were amazing and very accommodating especially with their communication and hospitality. We loved our stay
There was construction in the block next door at the time of our stay and a little noisy if you were out on the patio but that was only ion the weekday and otherwise perfect.

It was generally good
Location was great, just walk up the path to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us, and the place was pretty tidy. Laundry was good, AC worked great,
Noisy main road, Traffic Noise, the neighbour has issues with herself, screaming and shouting in the middle of the night. The gate latch was broken, and the BBQ had only one burner working. So, I went out and bought my own BBQ. Gardner just helped themselves into the backyard, and the gas delivery guy was the same. So no respect to the current tennants on property. Gas stove the ignition stuck on and the microwave oven start button missing. I did send messages to report.
