    Ok facility, some staff a really friendly, the rest faked it.

    Location

    Charge for every small thing. Example, I upgraded the room to a view which turned out to be the interstate with it's auto noise. When I expressed my concerns with the front desk, they were not concerned and would not consider a credit. We had dinner at the bar that was awful.

    The Sebastian odpovídá hotelu slabší 4*

    Měla jsem objednaný pokoj s výhledem a dostala jsem pokojíček s mřížkou v okně. Žádala jsem o výměnu a recepční mi sdělil, že jsou přebokováni a že klidně si můžu najít bydlení jinde. Cestuji hodně a nikdy jsem neměla tak špatnou zkušenost s 5* hotelem. The Sebastian odpovídá slabé 4*.

    Vybavení, kvalita pokoje se mi vůbec nelíbila.
