    villa lovely but property management and the location the reason we would never stay again.

    the layout of the property was great - two big bedrooms both with own baths and bathrooms

    the staff - there is no onsite staff. phone calls go to a central line in Melbourne with extremely unhelpful, rude and unprofessional staff. Exceptionally noisy, right next to main hwy. did not sleep, sounded like a B double was about to drive through the front door. Had not been vacuumed when we arrived. Walls so thin we could hear the people in the villa next door cough in bed and hear their conversations.

    Perfect place to relax but need to travel to see anything Creswick is very quiet in winter

    fantastic fireplace - bedroom set up with plenty of space - laundry - comfortable beds - useful kitchen - perfect for a weeks stay

    not having reception made it a little awkward if had questions had to ring melbourne

    Beautiful comfortable apartment.

    Beautiful apartment with everything you would need for a stay. We had excellent service from the property manager Aaron. We accidentally left some medication and Aaron arranged express post to our next holiday accommodation. Tremendous service.
