Overall, a good experience with good information about maintenance works which did not affect stay.

Great location, central yet quiet. A courtesy call a week prior to booking with details of parking and check in details.

I was called the week prior to my booking and was asked about bed configuration which they did not then act upon. A strong use of bleach for cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Clothing left on the shower floor was discoloured.

Old and tired with rude dismissive staff.

    Great location.

Staff were rude every problem met with sorry that shouldn't have happened, but no solutions. Room worn out. Aircon didn't work in bedroom but ice cold in living room. Door to bedroom couldn't close. Emailed there would be construction mon to Fri 9 to 4. Got there and they said, sorry we mean 8. And there will be work on Sunday, workers woke us up at 650am. Sorry, that shouldn't have happened. Zero sympathy or solutions offered. Lots of meaningless sorrys and dismissal of any concerns.
