    Great stay in Como

    Highly recommended! A spacious and stylish loft in the heart of Como, with a fantastic central location. Perfect for families or groups of friends. We really enjoyed our stay!

    AVOID. AWFUL HOST.

    Good location. literally the only good thing

    No front door - you enter through the basement car park. Straight up a narrow stair case so good luck with suitcases. To be honest the stay is ok but it is absolutely not worth its cost. On top of this - we had horrifically loud noise from the carpark where they were doing renovations which because the apartment only shares a thin door with - we had excessive noise for over 12 hours during the entirety of the day, starting from 6am! Our family were sick and were at home with two babies which the noise made them very upset as well as making them feel worse. We have several recordings of how loud the construction was and it even triggered the 'excessive noise' alarms on our apple watches. I made the host aware of this and asked for a refund of ONE night out of the week which I think is very reasonable. He was not apologetic in the slightest, told me it was our problem that there was excessive construction because it was legal. Ignored the majority of my messages until I threatened to write a bad review which is the only time he responded. Genuinely horrific customer service from a man who is only interested in money. avoid avoid avoid. His response truly ruined our trip. I couldn't have been more polite and accommodating if I tried. It's a shame he has absolutely zero customer service, communication and resolution skills.

    But overall amazing flat, great value, perfect location amd modern and clean. Would deffo recommend.

    Lovely large open communal space. Right in the centre of the old town could not be a better location!! Bed was incredibly comfortable.

    Strange entrance through a garage.. but once you get through that it’s lovely. Also no where to hang clothes in the room with the en-suite.. oh and en-suite with glass wall is quite a strange experience!
