Great central location, clean and comfortable
The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and it was warm. The owner was very approachable and great communication. The shed with sledges in was great to borrow for the kids and they loved the pile of snow in the garden for making sledge runs. The living space was great for us all and the kitchen, although small , had everything we needed to cook each meal each day.
The flat we were in was the ground floor of two flats. The majority of the photos used to advertise are clearly the upstairs which is much nicer than the downstairs unfortunately. Not that it really affected the stay but it needs a bit of tlc, the shower head sprayed water in every direction, there were broken blinds and plug sockets. Nothing terrible, it’s just dated and needs some love. The third bed for a child being in the lounge made evenings tricky as they struggled to settle if we were up which meant we went to bed early, this wasn’t the end of the world but in hindsight individual bedrooms would have been better. Not that the owner can control this but there is a neighbour who clearly hates any noise and children. Our eldest was very worried that she or her husband would come around and this caused a bit of anxiety. The owner did contact us to apologise for them, not that it’s their fault at all, but it was a slight shame as the children had made a brilliant sledging course outside but were then put off playing out. But, it wouldn’t stop us booking again if we felt we wanted to return.

5 days family stay for cross-country skiing
Great location for cross-country skiing (and not only), communication (clear and fast), place by itself (spacious, clean and comfortable).
Nothing really in particular. The only point to add for the management of the place - to inform guests about <Seefeld guest card> before coming - card allows to get some discount here and there.
