  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Breakfast was included, which was a lovely added bonus. The overall experience was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to couples, families, or anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

  My stay at Segond Hotel was a truly lovely experience. From the welcoming atmosphere to the friendly hospitality, everything contributed to a wonderful and memorable holiday. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were kind, attentive, and always welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. A delicious breakfast and the pleasant atmosphere made each morning a perfect start to the day. What makes a hotel special is not only its facilities, but also the people who make you feel welcome and cared for. Segond Hotel certainly made my stay in beautiful Malta even more enjoyable. I am leaving with lovely memories, a grateful heart, and a smile. I would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend Segond Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Malta.   Served its purpose but will not come again

  Room was very big

  Only one operating lift which took ages to arrive. The minute i booked i get 3 msgs saying the same thing. And then needing to submit all personal details online prior to check- in and having booked 2 rooms with 4 ppl was a huge nuisance. Also wanted to check in prior to 3pm cause i had gone up for a wedding. I asked and they did not offer, not even against a fee. And i asked more than a month before. When we arrive there s no one at the lobby- everything is automated it seems. And after checking out you get 3 messages again saying the same thing telling me how i should rate and how 8 means nice but booking.com reads it as something missing and then saying that i should msg directly if there was an issue. And that i would have a chance to win a free stay if i rate properly l. Don’t tell me what I should do and don’t message 3 times on WhatsApp and booking with the same exact thing. This is why i m rating this poorly not the actual no of not being able to check in early but the annoying triplicate automated messaging and telling me and incentivizing people to rate well.

  The plunge pool was an A+. It was clean and heated. The room was really nice and clean.

  I would recommend to add another chair in the room and a non-slip mat near the pool before entering the room.
