Best value for decent accommodation I’ve had for a long time.

Excellent value. Clean comfortable room and bathroom with Tea/Coffee facilities. Good old fashion Pub with good food and freshly cooked breakfast. Good location for local towns and gardens, Goodwood etc.

Some might not like being right by main road but, as rooms are at the back there is little noise.
