    The manager was extremely rude even though she made a mistake. The door was locked when we reached the hotel late and tired after a long flight, at 10pm on Oct 7. The check-in time was approved by the hotel. The saving grace was that we eventually managed to find an alternative accommodation with the help of booking.com staff Merlyn Grace.
