  Outside was lovely so peaceful Neighbours lovely too When waved or said morning both sides answered back which was so refreshing We had a lovely stay Was close to my mum whom we where down to visit I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to book the house again

  I think it would have been better for cleaner to hung washing up or even left in machine and would have been happy to put out to dry ourself As left in back room which did leave a smell that's why we hung out to dry Also maybe a dish towel as had to use a towel to do our dishes Oh your clothes horse was broke when we arrived We used it upside down dry towels and our washing None of this affected our stay just want to say what would be best as I would definitely book again

  Overall good value for money, decent communication and clean. What we needed for a family trip to a gig. Thanks!

  Extras left in which was a nice touch. Tea, coffee etc

  Small leak in shower coming through down light in kitchen. No general TV only Netflix

  Disappointing, owner of the house extremely rude.

  Property was ok for the money.

  Owner was very rude and confrontational over the ring doorbell claiming he had asked me to send proof of identification which he hadn’t. He claimed that you had to be over 25 to stay at the house, which I am not. He proceeded to be very argumentative and not listening to that this was not stated on the policies of the house when I booked it (picture of policies attached below). He originally decided to let us stay after quizzing me on every detail of my life and why we were staying. When calling him back to ask how he wants me to send my proof of identification he changed his mind and decided we weren’t able to stay. We were going to a charity event for a cause very close to our hearts that evening and we were left without anywhere to stay. He has agreed to give me a refund however I am now £160 out of pocket until that can be authorised and had to spend another £250 booking somewhere else to stay at such short notice.
