It was a disaster and if staying in Bham again I would pay higher prices to get a decent hotel

The original building bathroom and kitchen was great it was the state of the bed. Being moved into another building was a disaster

The building was great The room was ok The bed was terrible I contacted the owner who moved me to another room in another apartment. I felt unsafe in a room with no lock on door. It was his own flat with someone living there. There was dirty washing in bathroom Andy he kitchen wasn't fit to cook in at all. Would never stay here again and I'd didn't want to leave a review but I keep being hounded by trip advisor to leave one.
