    A wonderful base for exploring Malang and the surrounding area.

    This is a wonderful hotel. The attention to detail by staff is generally very high. Our room was wonderful and the restaurants are both excellent. The hotel helped us arrange excursions and this was really good. We enjoyed eating at La Regina, the Italian restaurant, too. It has a great wine list.

    We found communication was difficult at times. We were initially told there was only a menu in Indonesian for the De Hemel restaurant. Later in our stay it turned out staff would help with interpreting the menu and that we could purchase alcoholic drinks to consume with food there. The pool is very small and there are only four sunbeds.

    Superbe séjour

    Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans un magnifique quartier résidentiel chic. Chambre très belle et très bien équipée L’impression d’avoir remonté le temps 😊 Personnel adorable, aux petits soins et hyper efficace
