Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Whitby, lots of restaurants around and a short walk from the famous 199 steps. Good value and friendly staff. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was a thoughtful addition.

Good comfy bed, good location nicely decorated. Things that could have been better - a couple of coat hangers, a fan or summer duvet as the bed and room were very hot at night. Nice touch of wine glasses but could do with a fridge for the wine.
