On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm. - Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package. - Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc. - Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision. - Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package. - Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool - Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool. - Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached. - Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain.
