  La posizione era buona

  Per un mio punto di vista lascala a chiocciola e pericolosa e se hai una valigia grande fai fatica a portarla su, dovrebbero curare di più la pulizia e il bagno si trova a 2piano mente la camera da letto e al 1 piano è scomodo per igiene personale cucina molto funzionale

  would not recommend this accommodation. This was by far the worst experience I have had with a host. On the day of check-in, while we were travelling and getting on our flight, the host informed us that we would be moved to a completely different accommodation. We were given no reasonable opportunity to make alternative arrangements or find somewhere else to stay. The accommodation we were moved to was of a significantly lower standard than the property we had originally booked (loose and cracked tiles I cut my foot on, dirty, old, dark - see the images) and looked completely different from the accommodation advertised on Booking.com. We were also forced to sleep on a pull-out sofa bed for the entire week, rather than staying in the accommodation and sleeping arrangements we had originally booked and paid for. When we contacted the host about the situation, he told us that we would be able to move into the original apartments after a few days and assured us that this would not be a problem. However, when the time came to move back to the accommodation we had actually booked and paid for, the host completely ignored us. Despite our attempts to contact him, he made no effort to arrange the move or resolve the situation, and we were left in the alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay. There were also problems with the air conditioning in the replacement accommodation, which did not work properly. Given the heat, we asked the host if he could provide a fan. He told us that he would bring one without a problem, but he never showed up and we never heard from him again. The only further contact we had with him was when we messaged him to let him know that we had checked out earlier than originally agreed. Due to the host’s complete lack of communication and failure to resolve the situation, we had to contact Booking.com ourselves to inform them of the issues and seek assistance.
