    A real gem that we stay in every time we visit the Gold Coast.

    I cannot fault The Shores. It is in a great location, it is super clean, it is easily accessible, it is well appointed and very accommodating to our requests. I also like the fact that we were contacted and offered an earlier check in. These are the small touches that make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Also, the tea is lovely (T2 tea).

    Top place to indulge the Gold Coast at its "Shores"

    Immediate observation indicates that the property is well maintained by happy staff. All requests are catered to quickly, professionally and positive aura of caring. Rooms are really comfortable, location awesome. Parking available on request at reasonable price per day. Thumbs up on all counts.

    I liked that there was nothing I didn't like.
