Beautiful, well presented apartment
Absolutely lovely property in the centre of the village square. Joseph met us on arrival and was a constant source of local knowledge from buses, restaurants and places to visit. There are no cooking facilities beyond tea and coffee, however there is a small fridge, plates and cutlery should you wish to have breakfast etc with seating at the table for two. We had wonderful maltese pastries from Cookies, a two minute walk away, in the morning and we ate a number of times at Papa's across the road, 10% discount code given from Joseph. Ferdinand's further up the street was also tasty. Siggiewi is served by a great bus service and Bolt was also used on occasion. We were so happy with our room and the view from it, I just can't wait to go back. Siggiewi is a beautiful village and you get a feel for the traditional Maltese life here and we found everyone very friendly. Joseph, thank you for hosting us, it was a pleasure to meet you and look forward to booking again. Oh and do not rely on the address on booking.com Joseph sent me a link on WhatsApp that I didn't read! He is in process of getting it rectified.
There wasn't anything to not like from our perspective. Yes the church bells rang but you soon get used to it, I personally loved it. Yes, it's not a self catering apartment, but you have a good choice within the locality.

Beautiful, authentic property, but a few things could be improved.
The property was beautiful and full of authentic charm. I really liked its style and character.
The bed wasn’t comfortable for two people, and the mattress was uncomfortable. There was mould in the shower. The shower water kept changing from the temperature you set to very hot, making it impossible to maintain a comfortable, consistent temperature. Some of the dishes weren’t properly clean either.

Great host
We had a comfortable stay here. We were lucky to be there when a local Wine festival was taking place. Our host, Joseph, was very knowledgeable and was a great help to us. My wife had the beginnings of an infected toe and Joseph looked after her beautifully. Her toe healed due to his care. Thanks so much, Joseph.
