We will be back!
I don’t have enough nice things to say about The Signature. We stayed for four nights and were met with the warmest and friendliest service which was unwavering until the very end. The pool, the room details, and breakfast were all incredibly comfortable and well curated. The hotel was an oasis away from the colourful, hot, and busy streets just a few steps away. Not if, but WHEN, we are back in Hoi An - it will be here. A special shout out to Kiet and Haboo who were exceptional hosts and provided local recommendations. I hope their time working at the Signature is amply rewarding and may their futures be bright!

We had a wonderful stay at The Signature Hoi An! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us with welcome drinks and a refreshing towel. A special shoutout to Liz, our guest relationship representative who truly made sure we were well taken care of. She was always checking in on us and looking out for us, which made our stay feel really special. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping areas, making it so convenient to explore Hoi An. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional staff, beautiful design, and great value Vy, and the entire staff, from the concierge and front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, were exceptionally polite and helpful. The Signature Hotel will be my go-to hotel whenever I stay in Hoi An. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities and thoughtful design. I was impressed by the hotel’s interior and exterior. The architecture blends beautifully with the historic character of Hoi An’s Old Town. The restaurant and foyer are especially inviting, with interiors that create the feeling of being outdoors. The location is very walkable, with the Night Market nearby. Bicycles are also available for free. The surrounding area is busy at night and well lit. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with a good selection of food and drinks. The restaurant staff are welcoming and polite. A quiet, romantic hotel offering great value.

Perfect location with a short walking distance to the old town. Clean and modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Free shuttle to the beach multiple times daily
