A special place with warm people, exceptional service and spectacular views
We spent 5 days as a family of 5 at the Sira. It was a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle and a place you come to slow down and appreciate the views. The service and staff were wonderful and the rooms stunning and well equipped. Watching the sun set from our balcony each afternoon was a special experience. We enjoyed moving between the beach and the pool each day and organized a day tip snorkeling and to the nearby pearl farm. The spa was superior! Special mention to Pinta and the customer service team who made our stay and every enquiry easy and seamless. Gio at pool service for his warm greeting and big smile every day. The Sira is a special place!

I LOVE THE SIRA LOMBOK
El personal es muy servicial, lo que te hace sentir muy especial. Tienen un Spa maravilloso en todo sentido, por las excelentes profesionales y por las instalaciones. La decoración y las instalaciones del Hotel son muy armoniosas lo que genera una sensación de paz. La comida muy rica y los desayunos excepcionales ! muy variado el menu y buffet. las habitaciones comodísimas y gigantes. Las piscinas amplias entonces no se llenan. Algo importante también es que no se complican con el check in anticipado y check out retrasado, igual te entregan la habitación ¡Felicitaciones !
No me gusto la basura que existe en los aledaños del hotel, lamentablemente las personas que viven cerca al hotel realizan actiivdades en la playa y eso genera mucha basura la cual obviamente después llega al mar y esta se posa sobre y debajo el agua, la cual se nota cuando baja la marea.
