    Very distasteful business practice. Especially when it was a busy time and I know our room was given away

    Location had its perks

    I made a mistake (easily done) by double booking. A room. Exact same room for same dates. Booking.com asked them to verify that it was a double booking so that I could get our money back. They refused I’m sure you can understand this was very upsetting. Especially when paying over $800/ night. Would not even entertain the idea I am a business owner. Such poor practice. I travel a lot and so does my family Will not be booking through booking.com or Hyatt again!!

    Enjoyed the beautiful facility. Liked being the in the downtown area. Note noise comment above.

    Extremely pleased with the room and our stay.

    Sound late at night (11 pm) from the social area (bar) was evident in our room. Particularly disturbing to my wife who is a light sleeper.
