    The perfect stay

    We had a lovely stay at the Snap Pad. We booked at very short notice and received all the check-in information almost immediately. The apartment was very clean, fresh and comfortable, and looked just as it did in the photographs. We really liked the unusual split-level layout and found everything easy to use. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, and the nearby multistorey car park was convenient and just a short walk away. David was friendly, helpful and very easy to contact. We would happily stay again.

    Very dissatisfied and feel we have been treated unfairly by the host.

    Position of appartment for Tunbridge Wells was very good. That is where anything good can be said about the property.

    We did not actually stay at the appartment as it was not as described in any way and had to quickly book ionto a hotel. The original booking clearly stated parking was available, the property was assessable for disabled guests and that there was a bathroom consisting of a shower, wash basin and toilet. The parking was not at the property but I was informed it was a public car park near by at a cost. I am not disabled but do require easy access to a bathroom during the night which was actually a small toilet facility downstairs from the bedroom. The shower was upstairs, placed on carpet right at the foot of the bed. This was not shown or explained anywhere when the booking was made. The property also smelt damp. I can assume this was due to the fact that the main living area was below floor level with no windows. A fan was placed at the property which would only increase the effect of damp spores throughout the property. The owner had no intention of giving us a refund. We even paid for the cleaning fee and as stated never stayed.

    Excellent location. Superb host

    Nice touch leaving some eggs,milk bread etc. Host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure a good stay

    Off loading luggage is a bit of a problem as no parking in the street It did not really worry us, but bear in mind that you need to be able to handle stairs with the bedroom and shower upstairs and tiny wc and basin downstairs.

    Super Tiny house

    Prima locatie, appartement was van alles voorzien. Goede communicatie. Vriendelijke gastheer.

    Het bed is echt problematisch. Je moet over elkaar heen klimmen om naar het toilet te gaan. Verder zou het handig zijn als er boven een stoel staat om je kleren op te leggen
