Keys must be requested from reception with a 200-baht key deposit. - Bathrooms: The women's bathroom has 1 shower and 1 toilet. The men's bathroom has 1 shower and 1 toilet. - The room door cannot be locked since it is a shared space with others. Notice: -Only for rooms at Tuscany Wing (The Sierra) is under outdoor construction is underway around the pool area. Noise may occur daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. -Kindly use the pool and common areas at The Snug Wing during this time. -The Sierra (Tuscany Wing) is available at special discounted rates , and all in-house guests will receive a 10% food voucher during this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
