The total amount of the reservation may be pre-authorised anytime after booking. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment system. For non-refundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival. Cash payment is not possible at the property. Please note that a valid credit card corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. If 5 rooms or more are booked, different cancellation and deposit policies may apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies. Please note that the cleaning service is offered every 2 days. Towels are available upon request at the reception. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of EUR 50. Damages will be charged to the card provided at the time of check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.
