Depuis 4 ans pour ma famille et moi c'est le meilleur hôtel du monde. Le personnel est incroyable, le bar/restaurant fabuleux et les chambres aux couleurs flamboyantes ont toute leur personnalité propre. Il n'y a pas de doute, nous n'irons plus jamais ailleurs à Londres!

First class with a little room for improvement
Everything was excellent and as hoped :-) Staff in particular were great - the ambiance and decor is of course why the Hotel is the property it is - first class - lovely
Simple thing - No tea or Coffee making in the room - I spent GBP100 on tea :-)

Stay there not the first time, believe it is one of the best hotels in London. Will return back again!
